DigitXtra Media Services operates Dunamis TV. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Dunamis TV application and related services.
Information we may process
Dunamis TV can be used without creating an account. Users may optionally create an account to use interactive and personalised features.
Account and personal information
When you create or use an account, we may process information such as:
- your name;
- email address;
- user ID;
- authentication and account information;
- account-related timestamps and records.
Authentication may be required for interactive features such as comments, likes, reactions, saved content and other account-linked activity.
User content and activity
When you use interactive features, we may process information associated with your use of Dunamis TV, including:
- comments and other user-generated content;
- likes and reactions;
- saved content;
- follows;
- reports where applicable;
- quiz attempts and quiz progress;
- content views;
- watch activity;
- playback position and progress;
- other actions required to provide app functionality and personalisation.
Notifications
Dunamis TV uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to provide push notifications.
If notifications are enabled, information processed for notification delivery may include:
- a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token;
- device platform information;
- app identification information;
- notification delivery and synchronisation information;
- optional association with your Dunamis TV account when you are signed in.
Advertising
Dunamis TV displays advertisements using Google Mobile Ads, including AdMob.
Google Mobile Ads and related Google services may process information such as:
- advertising or device identifiers;
- app or product interactions;
- technical and diagnostic information;
- IP-derived or approximate location information where applicable to Google's advertising services;
- information used for advertising, analytics, measurement, security and fraud prevention.
Advertising and privacy choices may also be managed using Google's applicable consent and privacy tools.
AppsHub and first-party processing
DigitXtra Media Services uses the AppsHub platform as the first-party backend that supports Dunamis TV.
AppsHub may process information necessary to operate the service, including:
- account information;
- authentication information;
- comments and other user-generated content;
- likes, reactions and saved content;
- follows and other engagement;
- quiz activity and progress;
- content-viewing and playback information;
- notification tokens and related device information;
- support enquiries;
- account-deletion requests;
- technical information required for security, reliability and service operation.
AppsHub processing on behalf of Dunamis TV is first-party processing by DigitXtra Media Services and is distinct from processing performed by independent third-party providers.
Why information is used
Information may be used to:
- provide and operate Dunamis TV;
- create and manage optional user accounts;
- authenticate users;
- provide comments, likes, saves, follows and other interactive features;
- remember user preferences and progress;
- deliver push notifications;
- provide personalised app functionality where applicable;
- respond to support and account-deletion requests;
- display and measure advertising;
- maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse;
- diagnose technical problems and improve service reliability;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell users' personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate Dunamis TV, including:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications;
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising;
- Google consent and privacy services used with advertising;
- YouTube and configured video or streaming providers where their services are used;
- infrastructure and hosting services required to operate AppsHub and Dunamis TV.
These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and service terms.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, necessary to protect users or the service, or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Account-linked information is removed or disassociated in accordance with the Dunamis TV account-deletion process.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other lawful obligations.
Account deletion
Users may request deletion of their Dunamis TV account and associated app-specific information.
Account deletion can be initiated through the account-deletion functionality available in Dunamis TV or through the public account-deletion page at https://appshub.digitxtramedia.com/dunamis-tv/account-deletion.
The deletion process is intended to remove Dunamis TV-specific account information and associated app data such as applicable comments, likes, follows, saved content, notification-token associations and other account-linked records, subject to any lawful retention requirements.
Where the same AppsHub user identity is legitimately associated with another AppsHub application, information belonging to that other application is not intended to be removed merely because Dunamis TV data is deleted.
Requests are normally processed within 30 days after any required identity verification.
Your choices and rights
You may use the core Dunamis TV application without creating an account.
Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting apps.dxm@gmail.com.
You may also manage notification permission, advertising/privacy choices and other available app or device settings.

Children
Users should meet the age requirements stated in the Dunamis TV store listing and applicable law.
A parent or guardian may contact us regarding a child's information where appropriate.
Security
DigitXtra Media Services applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information processed through Dunamis TV and AppsHub.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
